Network Resources Manager is developed by KKLabs. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses on your device, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What the App Accesses
Network Usage Statistics
The App uses Android's Usage Access permission to read how much mobile data and Wi-Fi data each app on your device has used. This information is read directly from your device's operating system and is used only to display usage summaries and compare usage against any limits you set within the App.
Installed Apps List
The App reads the list of apps installed on your device, along with their names and icons, so it can display usage per app in an easy to understand way.
Internet Speed Test
When you run a speed test, the App connects to third party speed test servers to measure your download speed, upload speed, and latency. This requires an active internet connection at the time of the test. No personal data is attached to these requests beyond what is technically required to perform the test (such as your device's IP address, which is standard for any network connection).
What the App Does Not Do
- The App does not intercept, inspect, reroute, or block your network traffic. It does not use a VPN.
- The App does not read the content of your internet activity, messages, browsing history, or files.
- The App does not upload your usage statistics, installed app list, or device data to any remote server operated by us.
- The App does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
Where Your Data Lives
All usage statistics, app limits, and settings you configure inside the App are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you uninstall the App, this locally stored data is removed from your device along with it.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data to us in the first place, no such data is retained regardless of the user's age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
