Karakoram Labs takes its name from the mountain range that surrounds it. The same range holds K2, the second highest peak on earth, and some of the least accessible terrain anywhere. We build software with the same mindset: start from the ground, and go up one stage at a time.
A small team, a full stack.
Karakoram Labs is run by a self-taught developer working across the full stack, from Flutter mobile apps to Next.js platforms to the backend systems that hold them together. The studio grew out of building and running its own products first: APKBees, BapamTV, GameC, StressPop, and DataLab were all built in house before Karakoram Labs took on outside work.
That background shapes how we work. We don't hand off a spec and disappear. We build the product, ship it, watch how it performs, and fix what needs fixing.

The studio is based in Ishkoman, in the Ghizer district of Gilgit-Baltistan, one of the northernmost and most mountainous regions of Pakistan. Our founder studied at Karakoram International University, based in the same region.
Working from here doesn't change what we can build. The tools are the same ones used anywhere: Flutter, Next.js, Astro, Supabase, Firebase. What it does change is the pace and the attention. Fewer projects, more finished.
